Creation of an HR bot for automating employee onboarding (Low-code, Telegram, n8n)

Description:
We are looking for a specialist who will develop a minimal system for maintaining an employee directory, recording HR events and absences, as well as storing a knowledge base for a chatbot (a bot for the HR department that automates the onboarding process for new employees) using low-code platforms (n8n, NocoDB).
The system will be implemented based on NocoDB and n8n.

Main functions for the directory

1. Employee directory - contact information, position, department, manager, etc.

2. Absence tracking - vacations, sick leaves, unpaid days with date and approval status recording

3. HR events - hiring, termination, change of position or manager, birthdays.

4. Automation of all database data - automatic update of employee status for approved absences, reminders for birthdays.

5. Display of data in a convenient and understandable view within NocoDB (or a more convenient alternative)

Main functions for the Telegram bot:

1. Automatic sending of welcome messages and useful materials to new employees.

2. Reminders about key onboarding stages.

3. Collecting feedback, identifying warning signals or decreased motivation.
   Centralized channel for answering frequently asked questions.

4. Forwarding inquiries directly to the HR manager.

5. Possibility of integrating an AI chat for communication with employees.
   
   

Requirements for the performer:

1. Practical experience in production automation in n8n.

2. Confident work with NocoDB

3. Experience in HR automation will be a plus.

4. Skill in integrating Telegram messengers.
