Based on a sketch, you need to create an artistic schematic of the territory with a small infrastructure in A4 size. 2D, top view. We will provide a draft plan, which needs to be styled as an artistic drawing to make it interesting at first glance.
Details: The quarter will be located on a lake, where there is currently a sand quarry.
On the territory, you need to depict 5 public facilities - a kindergarten, a small dormitory, an office, a restaurant, an art cafe, about 20 residential bungalows of various sizes, a playground, a beach, and three parking lots. Most of the objects have existing designs, but some things need to be thought through.
The goal of the sketch is an introductory presentation of the concept to outline the essence of the idea, the semantics of the future complex, and its territorial scale. Since the project is social, the work should be lively and warm in character, i.e., evoke emotions and a desire to be involved in the project. Important: we must manage without AI.
