I wanted to additionally ask if there is a specific scenario with a second-by-second script that indicates what is in the frame, the emotion of the character, which specific shot it is, whether it is a wide shot or a medium shot, or if the AI creator is supposed to come up with all of this... it is clear that the creator needs to implement it.
I have experience working on such projects.
I know how difficult it is to make characters and locations consistent with the style; this work is not as easy as people think, which is why they write the corresponding price. This is about the frames, especially since looking at the example, there is no scene that lasts up to 5 seconds, 3.5 seconds at most, and this is already considered dynamic for the animation... because we have to create more frames, which means more time and costs for animation...
