Добрый день.
1) Да, у нас свой верстальщик но заказываем бэк, т.к. у него по верстке есть загрузка, а с бэкэндом ему поковыряться пришлось бы.
2) Алгоритм таков. С любой точки США, авто везется в 1 из 4 портов, оттуда в порт Одессы. В зависимости от порта США у нас есть 4 фикс прайса на транспортировку морем.А вот как эти ребята автоматически просчитывают доставку по территории США, для нас пока загадка. По растаможке - общий алгоритм растаможки известен на сайте таможни. Но откуда они заберают цифру для каждого авто - тоже пока загадка.
