Создание копии сайта dtf.ru

Интересует создание копии сайта dtf.ru, с привязкой к CMS (c CMS еще не определился, буду рад рассмотреть Ваши предложения).
Нужна только 1я страница, с модулем прямого эфира. Чтоб так же, через CMS я мог управлять первой страницей, и публиковать там свои новости, и так далее.
К модулю прямого эфира, есть пожелание, чтоб я ему сам мог указывать прямые эфиры (стримы), которые отображать.
