Вопрос оплаты, разумеется, важный момент, но... я не торгуюсь, озвучивайте цены сами. Один из Вас эту сумму точно получит. Меня больше интересует не этот едино разовый проект, а дальнейшее сотрудничество с толковым человеком, который согласился выполнить задание с риском остаться без оплаты своего труда. А для этого нужно быть уверенным в себе и в своих возможностях...
Большинству это, естественно, не понравится, но а как иначе?!

Вот вы согласитесь оплатить проект, но без каких-либо гарантий, что вы его получите. А как иначе?
Попробуйте работать честно! Оговорить все условия изначально, задокументировать все в ТЗ, заказчик выполнит работу и вы получите то, что изначально хотели! Так работают нормальные люди, а все эти ваши "а как иначе" - это все уловки кидал и мошенников.

Не найдете! Т.к. сомневаюсь, что кто-то адекватный, будет при таких условиях работать. Вот представьте: вам заказывают построить дом, вы месяц строите его, а тут заказчик говорит "мне не понравилось, валите отсюда и деньги я вам не заплачу" это норм было бы? Тем более, вы посредник, а не заказчик.
Было уже дело с такими людьми, когда сделано всё по ТЗ, а в результате, человек отказывался платить, и говорит "сделайте, чтобы мне понравилось", но сам он, не знает что ему нравится, что не нравится и что он вообще хочет, поэтому, пришлось снести ему все сайты, чтобы получить свои деньги и то, он не хотел отдавать деньги за проделанную работу по ТЗ, ну и потерял человек за пол дня (как он утверждал 100к руб.) пока сайты лежали.

Идём дальше...у вас нет конкретного ТЗ, а это означает, что проект обречен на провал. Ну, можете найти студию, у которой есть маркетолог, подписать с ними договор и отвалить от 1к дол. за лендинг, вот тогда спустя время, вы получите свой лендинг.
