Employment: project work (with the prospect of expanding to full identity)Project Description We are seeking a talented designer with systematic thinking and strong graphics skills to implement the first stage of a large project — the development of the concept and finalization of two related logos.
We are launching two technology SaaS platforms that belong to the same product family. The sports brand should have a clear visual connection with the main brand, while possessing its own, significantly more dynamic and emotional character. Important: At this stage, the task is exclusively the development of the logo system. However, we are interested in a long-term partnership. After the final signs are approved, we plan to continue working with the same designer on creating a complete corporate identity, guidelines, and design system for websites.About the Brands and Architecture1. Main Brand (B2B SaaS) A digital platform for attracting and retaining customers in the hospitality, gastronomy, hotel business, beauty, and services sectors. It helps businesses implement loyalty programs, gifting, and increase repeat sales. Character: Relationships, engagement, loyalty, business growth, simplicity. A modern technology company, but not cold and not purely technical. Archetypes: The Celebrated Everyman + The Sage.2. Sports Brand (B2B/B2C SaaS) A platform focused exclusively on the sports industry (clubs, federations, organizations). It helps attract fans and activate sponsors. Character: Community, emotions, movement, energy, activation. This brand needs to be much more dynamic and vibrant. Archetypes: The Celebrated Everyman + The Hero.Task (Scope of Work for Stage 1) Development of a system of two logos (Main Brand + Sports Subbrand): The logos must belong to one ecosystem (shared typography, structure, design DNA, shared abstract corporate sign/signet). The sports logo must be instantly recognizable as part of the main brand family but differ in color scheme and internal energy. Outcome of the stage: Approved concept and final vector output files (svg, eps, figma) with adaptations for light/dark themes and app icons (favicons).Visual Direction and Symbolism Requirements Aesthetics: We are looking for the level of top modern SaaS brands. Minimalism, scalability, geometric precision, and timelessness. Our benchmarks / Inspiration: Stripe, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Asana. Symbolism: We CATEGORICALLY DO NOT seek literal interpretations. We do not need balls, stadiums, trophies, gifts, plates, or glasses. A designer who understands how to build a mark on a grid, balance optical compensations, and create a form that works at any scale (from a 16x16 favicon to a billboard).
