A modern informational website is needed for an independent online media dedicated to culture, music, cinema, television, Eurovision, pop culture, and social events. The main requirement: the site must be as simple as possible for further administration through WordPress, as we will independently add news, articles, categories, pages, and other content without the involvement of a programmer after development. Main requirements: WordPress CMS; responsive design (computer, tablet, smartphone); modern, minimalist, and fast interface; high page loading speed; SEO-friendly structure; support for Ukrainian and English languages (with the possibility of adding other languages in the future); the ability to easily change menus, pages, and blocks through the admin panel; a simple news addition system with categories, tags, photos, and videos. Desired pages: Home; News; Categories (music, culture, cinema, Eurovision, etc.); Separate news page; About us; Team; Contacts. Additionally: social media integration; feedback form; site search; the ability to add sections in the future without a complete redesign of the site. About the project There is an existing real estate agency website on WordPress (emmanuel.com.ua), which was developed a long time ago and has not been used for a while. A comprehensive revision is needed: to tidy up the technical part and visually update the design elements so that the site looks modern, clear, and functions correctly. Important: I am looking for a single performer who can handle both the technical component and the visual design refinement. The visual aspect (UI/UX) is more important to me than the technical one. Requirements for the performer Experience working with WordPress (theme + plugins, Contact Form 7). Ability to work with both the technical part and the visual design/layout. Experience with integrations (Telegram bot, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps API). Basic understanding of SEO and speed optimization. It is necessary to create a B2B online store from scratch, which will represent the following stack: WordPress + WooCommerce + B2B portal (B2BKing Pro) + integration with KeyCRM + integration with accounting (BookKeeper).
