Creating a page on the MODx website

The site works on modx 2.6.5.
What to do:
1 . Placing a banner on the main page when you click on which you will switch to the internal page of the site (what you need to create). (Banner mob + desktop) The banner will consist of a picture above which you will need to put a headline.
2nd When you click on the banner, you must switch to the usual page with a prize, the functionality on the page is not provided. Styles are all there, you need to take them from any other page containing the prizes and go on to a new. Then fill out the price itself (I will deliver in xls, the content of the table: 38 lines, 2 columns in the name of the service price format).
Three Placing on the new page the usual gallery “slider” / “carusell” - will be up to 10 images.
All this should look normal as in the desktop as in the mobile version.
