Hello, just like the example in terms of the amount of information, animation, etc., it will be about twice as expensive as I stated (this includes music, sound effects, and voice - all of this is very important), but if the deadlines are not tight, you have your design in layers, vector, etc., and just a little simplification of the animation... then I have indicated the budget approximately. Below are examples where I did the voiceover, including in English. And if you need an info video, like an example, where several ads are shown, how long they are displayed, and talk about the application, then it needs to be done like the example, but if you need it specifically for advertising, to place somewhere and attract clients - then a completely different video is needed.
If this is expensive, you can show what you have, clarify what needs to be shown, what to talk about, - and I can basically provide an option for any budget starting from 5000, the voiceover will definitely remain, but the animation will be much simpler.
