Creation of Wordpress theme from psd, page bar, adaptive design
I'm looking for a freelancer who will move the design from the PSD to the Wordpress theme template. The attached sketch is a model of the home page. You'll have to move it with Guttenberg blocks and extra styles (without Elementor and other visual editors, etc.). (e.g.)

The PSD design will be supplied for desktop devices, but it's important that the design be adaptive.
