Создать бота для телеграмм
В боте 4 роли клиент, сборщик заказа, доставщик и администратор
Суть бота в организации доставки товаров из торговых точек в небольшом районе города.
КЛИЕНТ:
- Имеет возможность выбирать заказ из разбитого по категориям списка товаров, а так же дописать в комментарий к заказу какие дополнительно товары купить если их нет в каталоге.
- В корзине есть возможность отправить заказ, удалить или отредактировать его.
- У каждого клиента есть баланс и возможность пополнить его в боте.
- Сделать заказ можно только если на счету не менее 200 рублей. Если меньше, предлагаем пополнить. Деньги со счета снимаются после доставки заказа.
СБОРЩИК ЗАКАЗА:
- После приема заказа сборщик закупает товары, записывает в бот стоимость заказа. Далее он сам связывается с курьером и передает закупленные товары.
КУРЬЕР:
- Открывает заказ и смотрит адрес доставки. После доставки он отмечает, что заказ успешно выполнен и со счета клиента списываются деньги.
АДМИНИСТРАТОР:
В веб панели
- Заполняет каталог магазин
