Создать бота Viber + amoCRM

Имеется сайт Linework на котором есть возможность перейти на чат viber или telegram.
Так же ссылки на данные чаты даются людям в публикациях на facebook и другое.
Данные чаты привязаны к црм amoCRM, нужно чтоб при переходе нового клиента в чат, клиенту выдавалось приветственное сообщение (которое мы можем редактировать, пускай даже просто в файле txt).
В приоритете viber.
Задача - создать бота который будет приветствовать клиента при первом его контакте.
В первую очередь интересует viber , но возможно и telegram (так как не знаем цену данной работы)
Цену проекта ставим предположительную, но просим разработчиков, которые уже имеют опыт в разработке чат-ботов viber и telegram писать свою, какая она сейчас есть.
