Hello to you!Our company is engaged in attracting a large amount of traffic to telegram.Our work telegram accounts are written by hundreds of people every day, we send them dozens of script messages and actively conduct dialogue with them.On each telegram account we have 5 to 10 people working at the same time, but very soon people will be more.In this context, there are some disadvantages in this work scheme:
People who write to us on TG are dispersed unevenly among the workers.All employees take the "last" dialogues, and the older remain in waiting.It often occurs a situation when one dialogue takes into work 2-3 managers at the same time and sends several times one script messages.Whether because of the number of people who wrote in a short period of time, or because of the simultaneous mass broadcast of the script by several managers.And constantly making new telegrams is very uncomfortable We cannot make a message on the old dialogues when they are hundreds.If the telegram is bathed, we lose dialogue with customers, their contacts, the history of mailing, and so on.This information is needed to us.In this context, we need a chatbot that could take the entrance flow of traffic to be distributed between managers.Section 1.Acceptance of traffic managers
