У нас не интернет магазин. Заказов оборудования, которые клиенты заказывали ранее, то есть должна быть возможность вручную это подгружать по каждому клиенту.

т.е. функции заказа на сайте не требуется, требуется только, чтоб у существующих клиентов была возможность скачать то, что администратор вручную выложит каждому?

Да, верно, функция заказа не нужна. Нудна только регистрация и соответсвенно авторизация на сайте, будет супер, если можно будет так же входить с помощью фейсбук. А так, только то, что я ранее описал.
