Прошу прощения, а чем вызвана необходимость располагать мобильную версию на поддомене? Это, мягко говоря, устаревший подход.
Сейчас адаптацию можно провести поверху существующей верстки, без затрагивания нативной структуры, как таковой. -
Есть разница между мобильной версией и адаптацией. При адаптации грузится все что и при обычной версии, в мобильной версии только то что надо для мобильной и более ничего лишьнего. Это не устаревший, это альтернатива. Как вариант можно просто грузить мобильную версию на основном сайте через GET-параметр.
В общем не надо путать мобильную версию и адаптацию (responsive) под мобильные устройства.

Сделать надо не мобильную версию, а сделать нормальный дизайн и верстку сайта под Bootstrap, потому - что для подобного лендинга создание отдельной мобильной версии это избыточно при том, что сам лендинг нулевой по юзабилити.
