Хотелось бы понять назначение 3D-модели. Машины создают по чертежам и схемам. Я инженер по автоматизации. Могу разработать комплект документации по электротехнической части. По части программирования тоже можем обсудить. Возможно, вы на начальном этапе хотите увидеть концептуальные очертания машины, визуализация концепта? Или вам нужна разработка конструкции? Тогда почему только 3D-модель а не комплект конструкторской документации? В любом случае для оценки стоимости и сроков нужны дополнительные данные.
