Думаю стоимость такой работы должна быть намного выше. Окупаемость за счёт неоднократных продаж. КАЧЕСТВЕННУЮ модель, да ещё и с хорошими картами текстур нужно делать не меньше недели. 2000 р за неделю! Это работа за еду для тех, кто хочет быстро похудеть.

Илья, это только ювелирка или там модель человека в FBХ? Если только украшения, то забираю слова обратно. Тогда стоимость может и нормальная.

в тз (это не тз, это запросс на тз) не понятно зачем модель. скульптинг, печать, рендер анимации ,игровая, или самка в инсту. Предполагаю что в инсту.
2000 это реально низкий бюджет. сам посчитай. специалист потратил годы на изучение своего дела. и расчитывает на оплату в час не меенее 300 руб. на скульптинг с раскрашыванием вершин, системой частиц и рендером уйдет часов 12.
если моделить под риг, вешать риг, анимировать и рендерить, помимо трат на рендер затрат часов 20.
если это маска, то работы часов 15, плюс капризы и правки на всех этапах что минимум плюс по 10 часов. и того от 22 до 30 часов работы. получаем от 6600 до 9000.
но для начала дай развернутое описание что хочешь получить на выходе. Кидать ограничиловку неуверенных в силах нет смысла. все уверены и каждый в чем то профи.

Здесь, конечно каждому своё. По сложности формы я могу сделать не только людей, а и любой камень в любой огранке, могу исполнить любую завитушку, но так, как я сижу более на персонажке в браше, по времени, затраченному на ювелирку я в раза три проиграю скульпторам работающем в rhinoceros по времени. Я это прекрасно понимаю.
