Необходимо написать модуль в Redmine, а именно построить проект "контакт-центр", как минимум бизнес требования к новому модулю Redmine для управления телефонией и учёту карточек звонков:

Со стороны asterisk имеется специалист, который готов предоставить всю необходимую информацию для стыковки систем. Т.е. по сути необходимо написать модуль "контакт-центр" для Redmine.
