Create a program for automatic processing of archives with documentation or simply file uploads. The program should extract text data from documents, match it with reference data from directories, generate a list, and save the result in a specific format (Word template, .doc). It should also rename the uploaded files and apply a document number to the file itself.
2. Main functional requirements:
Archive processing:
The program should support working with archive formats: .zip, .rar, .7z.
Extract the contents of the archive to a specified directory with a check for successful unpacking.
Text extraction from documents:
Supported file formats: .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .txt.
Extract text from PDF documents, including text recognition from images using OCR (if necessary).
Extract data from MS Word and Excel documents with the ability to process tabular data.
Data matching:
Match extracted data with data from the document designation directory.
Use directories uploaded by the user (for example, the designation directory).
List generation:
Generate a list according to a specified structure.
Data in the list should be automatically filled based on extracted and matched data, including document name, designation, number of pages, and format.
Renaming: uploaded files need to be renamed according to a specific algorithm.
Applying: a specific number should be applied to each file in the corner. The numbers will be uploaded in an Excel file separately.
