Такие вещи делаются через менеджеры контента, типа Zoo или Breezing Content Generator. Но у них свои инструменты для создания форм. Если же вы хотите, что бы заполнение было через ChronosForm, то это проект по стоимости приближаться к цифре с тремя нулями. Это если по уму, а не на скорую руку

Вы вообще о чем ??? Через chronoforms необходимо сделать только 2 формы для отправки сообщений, формы могу сделать и сам, это дело 5 минут, а вот состряпать человеческий css чтоб вписать их в дизайн, это будет работа того кто возьмется за проект.
