1. Для реализации необходим ВПС сервер и Вы сможете мне на первом этапе все перенести на ВПС и чтобы работало корректно
2. Так как данные по клиентам будут храниться в БД на ВПС, доступ к этой БД (и ВПС в целом) должен быть только у меня, но добавлять админов в ТГ я могу по желании. Можно ли также реализовать бэк-ап, чтобы в случае отключения ВПС не потерялись данные (не оплачен ВПС или хост лег/закрыли). Чтобы они выгружались куда-то (можете подсказать) раз в день.
3. Выгрузку данных с БД можем реализовать в гугл таблицы (для удобства).
4. В гугл таблицах будет собираться следующая инфо о пользователях, которые подписаны к боту: Имя / Фамилия / Телефон / Как подписан в ТГ / TG ID / На какие кнопки нажимал / На каком разделе в боте остановился / Последний раз когда заходил в бота / Включены ли уведомления
5. В боте можно реализовать "разовую" передачу данных, чтобы ненужно было по кругу заполнять данные в каждой форме, а при нажатии "задать вопрос" выдавало сообщения типо "Денис, какой у вас вопрос?" (без доп. ввода имени и телефона), а при нажатии формы "получить консультацию" сразу выдавало "Денис, ваш запрос на консультацию принять и тд."
6. В боте будет админ панель, которая позволит добавлять админов и переходить в раздел статистики/аналитики или в гугл таблицу
7. Бот должен иметь функционал отправки сообщений всем, кто подписан на бота.
