Модель у вас чисто для визуальности, для печати надо практически все детали переделывать. Вам какой уровень деталировки надо? Что с внутренностями? Чистый макет корпуса и крыльчатки?

печатать будем пла пластиком, т.к. при таких габаритах абс будет очень сильно вести
размер указан в тексте задания - наружный диаметр найбольшей трубы - 580 мм

Какие-то элементы двигателя должны быть подвижны?
Для каких целей будет использоваться эта модель?

1) какой максимальный габарит печатаемой зоны принтера на котором будете печатать?
2) "по сути несколько труб, коробок крыльчаток " - поставил на закачку. Просмотрю и будем уточнять, какие именно печатать, а какие - нет.
3) нужно ли обеспечить подвижность ротора с крыльчатками?
Если можете, напишите или в заказ или мне в личку ответы на эти уточнения.

Макет будет будет печататься на разных принтерах, чтоб ускорить процесс, соплами 0.4 мм, скорее всего (Один принтер 600 мм куб, остальные 400, 300 и 200 мм кубики)
Селать нужно только наружные крыльчатки (3 шт, по сути - 2 на торцах и одна в районе крестовины), они просто декоративные, макет не функциональный
Лучше всего ничего не собирать на клей (но, возможно, с коробочками это сойдет, уточню у заказчика). Думаю, можно все сделать по принципу шип-паз, но если где-то нельзя обойтись без метизов, то можно сделать и под них в крайнем случае
необходимо получить:
- наружную поверхность - трубу с крестовиной, конусную часть (можно сделать стыковочные швы просто как юбкой без отверстий винтов и прочего)
- лопасть с конусом с одной стороны
- лопасть с обратной стороны
- крупные ящики и емкости
- несколько крупных креплений, выполненых упрощенно
- и по возможности какие-то крупные трубы
ну и еще сделать простую подставку, чтоб можно было этот макет поставить так, чтоб ось двигателя была горизонтальна

Теперь можно и ставку делать.
