1. General Project Description
You need to prepare a master layout that can be automatically scaled (without manual changes to texts, sizes, and based on strictly proportional scaling - such capabilities are available in Adobe Illustrator) based on an existing design.

2. Layout Logic
Main requirements:
Create one master layout
Base size for master:
13 oz (3.5" × 4.0")
Scaling for 9 oz and 15 oz:
strictly proportional
❌ no manual optical adjustments
❌ no changes to fonts, tracking, indents

Автоматичне пропорційне масштабування в Illustrator дійсно існує. Воно чесно множить усе на коефіцієнт: шрифти, відступи, трекінг, лінії. Але важливо розуміти, що Illustrator масштабує геометрію, а не читабельність, акценти й візуальну ієрархію. Очі в нього не вбудовані.
Те, що виглядає збалансовано на 13 oz, при зменшенні до 9 oz стає щільним і важкочитабельним, а при збільшенні до 15 oz — розрідженим і “порожнім”. І це не тому, що дизайнер щось зламав, а тому що людське сприйняття не масштабується строго пропорційно, як цифри в калькуляторі.
Фраза «без ручних оптичних правок» на практиці означає не “професійний мастер-макет”, а “давайте просто зменшимо/збільшимо файл і зробимо вигляд, що все ок”. Технічно файл буде коректний. Візуально — як пощастить.
Тому мастер-макет зробити можна, автоскейл теж можна, але жодне автоматичне масштабування не звільняє від мінімальних ручних корекцій, якщо потрібен результат, а не демонстрація можливостей Illustrator. І це не редизайн, це базова оптична адаптація, яку не вміє робити жодна кнопка.
Якщо ж принципово потрібно «нуль правок руками» — тоді варто одразу прийняти, що відповідальність за читабельність і баланс після масштабування лежить не на дизайнері, а на математиці. Математика, як відомо, на упаковки не дивиться.
