The next stage was analyzing the candidate for vacancy matching. For this, information was used both from the vacancy itself and from the logic embedded in the prompt. The system extracted key data, conducted a brief analysis, and assigned a score.

4. Decision from HR
After that, HR determined whether to send the candidate a link to a form to fill out.

5. Form completion by the candidate
HR sent the candidate a link to the form directly from NocoDB. If necessary, this can also be implemented through Airtable. After the form was filled out, the relevant fields automatically appeared in the required table.

6. Final decision
Based on all the collected information, HR made the final decision — whether to proceed with the candidate for a final call and move forward.

As a result, such automation significantly reduced the time for analyzing candidates. According to HR's assessment, checking one candidate decreased from about 20 minutes to 5–10 minutes, depending on the depth of analysis. And this is already a real time-saving, not just decorative "optimization" for the sake of it.
