Для тех кто будет делать этот проект, виджет обратной связи (кнопка) реализован в виде плагина (стандартная установка в вордпрессе). Плагин устанавливался на множестве сайтов и все работает корректно.
Для данного сайта виджет обратной связи (кнопка) отображается на всех страницах, кроме главной, такая же проблема наблюдалась и c виджетом обратной связи от jivosite, который стоял ранее. Я подозреваю что причина в том что главная страница сверстана с нарушением правил вордпресса.
От вас в проекте потребуется не просто поставить/удалить плагин или полезть в визуальный конструктор и там отредактировать кнопку (визуального конструктора там вообще нет) , а хорошее знание php кода, чтобы разобраться с ним и внести правки в php файл.
