Спроектировать конструкции для крепления

Необходимо спроектировать с 0 крепления для солнечных панелей из прессованного 100% полиетилена разных толщин от 6 до 60мм. При этом необходимо сохранить весь тот «функционал» который имеется в стандартных креплениях для кровли, а именно:
1. Расстояние между кровлей и направляющими должны быть минимум 6 см. Расстояние между панелями 12мм.
2. Быстрое крепление и надежность
3. Возможность быстрого демонтажа и повторного монтажа
Также учитывать такие факты:
1. Минимальное затрачивание материала при этом без потерь надежности и удобство эксплуатации (чтобы грязь не собиралась в направляющих, и было проветривание между кровлей и панелями)
2. Рассчитать нагрузки(сила ветра, сцепкость, плотность монтажа с кровлей) на Панель размером 1.65 на 1, высота алюминиевого профиля 35мм. Вес 19 кг.
Сейчас мы разработали свой профиль Т образные направляющие которые могут держать Панель одного ряда и ряда ниже. Но есть минуса, хотелось холодные расчёты.
