About your data

Your dataset describes the sales in the shop having the information about location, salesperson and some KPIs

What to do in Excel

1. Create a pivot table that allows to see the KPIs(monthly averages) per salesperson

2. Create a pivot table that allows to see the KPIs (monthly averages) per store/location

3. Create a dashboard that shows:

• top-3 employees with the best NPS (chart)
• chart with the number of sales per employee
• if I choose an employee's name, I see all the sales done by this employee
• if I choose an employee name, I see all the KPIs of this employee

What to do in SQL

1. Upload your data to SQL

2. Create a Primary key (it may require additional column creation)

3. Create the query that shows:

• top-5 best employees by customer satisfaction
• Average NPS for a shop
• number of customer feedback received

What to do in Tableau

1. Create a dashboard or story that shows how the shop works and the customer feedback details:

• top-3 best employees
• top-3 bad employees
• all KPI's for the shop.
• show average KPIs value
• adjust this dashboard with any chart needed for the complete vision. Explain why (in Notion)

What to do in Notion

1. Explain the business perspective of your data

2. Notion should be well organised and Notion tools should be used.

3. Explain each KPI

4. Provide insights:

• what do you see from your charts/queries
• what are the charts you use and why
• what can be the recommendations

Deadlines and defence

We are going to defend the projects in async mode. 

As soon as you have done your project, please submit it via Canvas.

After the submission, you will receive several questions about the project you submitted. A question may require a text or video answer - the type of answer will be indicated. Please answer within 1-2 days after the questions were received, as the format of async communications may need a follow-up on your answers.
