3) Команда !buy n должна создать трейд оффер покупателю в котором будет затребовано n ключей из инвентаря покупателя(ключи должны совпадать со списком принимаемых ботом ключей, т.е. бот должен еще проверить кс го инвентарь покупателя) и в замен должен отдать n*курс комплектов карт(комплекты не должны совпадать с уже скрафченными значками покупателя) n не должно превышать 10(ибо ограничение на количество предметов в обмене)
4) Бот должен уметь работать с maFile для автоматической аунтификации обмена.
5) Команда !help с текстовой инфой для покупателя.
