The site is operational and filled with content — we need not a new site, but a neat cosmetic update of the interface and fixing existing bugs. The structure of the pages, content, and CMS will remain unchanged.Scope of Work1. Cosmetic UI/UX Redesign (without new layouts) Updating typography: a unified system of header and text sizes, line spacing, readability. Organizing margins and grid: uniform section paddings, alignment of blocks on all pages. Improving text and button contrast (benchmark — WCAG AA). Standardizing buttons, forms, hover states to a single style (CTAs: "Get Started", "Book a Call", "Get a Quote", etc.). Tidying up the homepage A neater appearance for the cookie banner (so it does not cover content). Checking and refining the mobile version (responsiveness of menus, forms, tables, footer). Edits are agreed upon with screenshots/demos before publication.2. Audit and Bug Fixing The performer conducts their own audit of the site (desktop + mobile, major browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and compiles a list of identified issues. The client has a ready list of known issues — a detailed list will be provided to the selected performer after work begins. General areas of work (without detailing): fixing factual and content inconsistencies on pages; fixing broken links, removing duplicate pages, setting up redirects; resolving image loading issues (lazy load); refining forms: clear field validation, simplifying filling out, convenient dropdowns; eliminating content duplication and excessive page overload; correcting language inconsistencies on the site and refining the localization of the NL version; improving accessibility (alt tags, contrast) and basic SEO technical fixes; minor layout defects on various pages and in the mobile version.3. Technical Requirements Work is performed on WordPress: edits in the child theme / custom styles, without "hardcoding" into plugin files and the parent theme. Do not break SEO: URL, meta tags, H1–H2 headers, content — unchanged (except for agreed edits).Access and Support from Our Side Access to the WordPress admin panel (and if needed, FTP/hosting) will be provided to the selected performer. Our team includes an IT administrator who will collaborate with the performer on various issues as needed: access, hosting, DNS, backups, staging, technical consultations regarding infrastructure. We are a Polish manufacturer and supplier of equipment for grain cleaning and post-harvest processing. The website is aimed at customers and dealers from various countries in Europe. Current website for reference: https://ag-farms-group.com Main tasks: • develop the structure and user-friendly navigation of the site; • create a custom design in Figma for computers and mobile devices; • develop the site on WordPress with an easy custom theme; • create a catalog of equipment without a cart and online payment; • develop category pages and individual equipment cards; • add application forms, contact buttons, and other elements for receiving B2B inquiries; • set up 8 language versions: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, and Slovak; • transfer necessary content from the current site; • ensure easy self-editing of products, specifications, photos, and texts; • ensure good loading speed, responsiveness (especially the mobile version of the site), and proper functioning of the site; • transfer the finished site to our domain and hosting. We will provide text translations. The executor is required to perform technical setup for all language versions. Upon completion, we expect to receive the Figma source files, full access to WordPress, source code, documentation, and all necessary accesses. A warranty period after launch is also required.
