The startup specializes in scheduling appointments for car owners for vehicle inspections. Legally, this is required every year. Upon entering the portal, the user should have the ability to search using specific filters (city, region, etc.) for companies that provide these services.
There will be about 5000 such companies in the database. The database will consist of the company name, address, range of services, and prices.
After finding the appropriate service provider, the client goes to their profile and books their chosen appointment time through the calendar provided by the company. The client fills in their details, makes the online payment, and receives a reservation confirmation via email and SMS. This data is automatically saved in the service provider's panel, where they can see the client's reservation on their account. The client receives an SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Another SMS is sent after 330 days, reminding them to book the next inspection as the current vehicle inspection is nearing its expiration.
There are two types of panels after registering on the site:
- Customer panel
- Seller panel (here the data is similar to the panel after logging into Booksy, with similar functions).
Additionally, sellers can purchase promotions for their companies through paid subscriptions to appear higher in the site search results or to be marked as "best in the region." The customer pays the fee for the inspection, and we charge a small transaction fee that goes to our account. The remaining amount is accumulated in the seller's account, which receives this money.
