- Understand the mechanics of short vertical videos
- Can write dynamically and engagingly
- Know how to embed sales into content naturally
- Understand the sales funnel through social media
- Keep up with trends in social media
- Portfolio with Reels scripts (mandatory)
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with educational/production content
- Understanding of social media algorithms
- Ability to work quickly and in flow
- Examples of Reels with high conversion to leads
