Creating a chat bot in Telegram on SendPulse for a mini-business

I need a person who can help me create a Telegram bot for my small business.
In short, I am engaged in the sale of homemade baked goods at home in Kyiv. I am currently accepting orders just through messages. But I have started to think about creating a kind of assistant bot, where my baked goods (galettes, pies, tarts, bread) will be displayed. There are a total of 4 categories.
The buyer can view the assortment, ingredients, and see the delivery conditions. Payment does not need to be integrated yet, but I would appreciate those who suggest how to improve my bot after reviewing the terms of reference. Perhaps again to make payment in the bot. But then we need to somehow show available dates (maybe a calendar???)

When requested in the Bot, the user will receive the available number of these slots for the specified dates with the option to book a certain date upon payment.

Also, here is some information for the future regarding payment and dates.
SendPulse supports integration with Fondy and LiqPay, you register in one of these systems and receive access keys, which you then specify in the SendPulse user cabinet. If you want to use monobank (monopay), there is no direct integration with SendPulse, but the bot can send a payment link.
Creating a calendar through SendPulse will not work (there is no such function), you will need to use Google Calendar & Sheets, and for automatic interaction with which you will need code, and it will need to be hosted on a VPS (virtual server) - this will be additional costs for you.
