Project: AI Land HUB — a platform with an interactive land plot map in Kyiv region. Working name AI Land HUB, but we are open to alternative suggestions.
Main goal: Attract target inquiries (calls, messages in Telegram) that will lead to actual sales. We need not just a good page, but an effective business tool.
Target audience (TA): Kyiv residents. Mostly women aged 30-45 (often young mothers), who:
- Are looking for a plot for themselves, their family, or parents.
- Want to build a summer house, a holiday or permanent residence.
- Consider buying as a "backup" — a safe place for family, where they can calmly survive any troubles, away from city hustle and worries.
- Care about children's future, looking for a place where children can play outdoors instead of sitting on gadgets.
- View land as a reliable investment.
Important: Our content should speak to this audience, touching on their needs and "pains". It is necessary not just to sell land, but to sell an idea, a dream of a peaceful and safe life in nature.
Stage 1: Creation and launch of the page (Estimated budget: 3000 UAH)
What needs to be done:
- Create, design, and set up a business Facebook page "turnkey".
- Create a unique visual design (avatar, cover) that inspires trust and reflects the essence of the project.
- Fill in all informational blocks, set up call-to-action buttons ("View map", "Write in Telegram", "Call").
- Develop and publish the first 5 posts.
- 1 introductory post: introduction to the AI Land HUB platform, its values, and benefits.
- 4 posts about specific plots. Key task: these posts should be aimed at a "cold" audience. It is not just about describing the plot, but about highlighting the advantages of this place (quietness, forest, river nearby) to engage a person who may not have considered buying land before. For example: "Are your children tired of gadgets? Here's a solution! Instead of a smartphone screen — a river for swimming and a forest for walks..."
- Prepare 2 templates for future publications.
- Template №1: for posts on the AI Land HUB page itself.
- Template №2: for advertising posts in various Facebook groups (including non-thematic ones, e.g., "Mothers of Kyiv", where our TA is present).
The result of the first stage is:
- A fully ready, configured, and approved Facebook page.
- At least 5 initial posts published.
- Developed and approved 2 publication templates.
- All accesses and materials handed over to us.
Regarding the budget: This is an approximate budget for the specified scope of work. We are flexible and open to discussion: if you propose breaking the task into smaller stages with separate payment, or your approach involves a different scope of work (larger or smaller) and, accordingly, a different cost — indicate this in your response.
Stage 2: Long-term cooperation (discussed separately after successful completion of stage 1)
This stage may include:
- Daily page management.
- Setting up and launching targeted advertising campaigns (with separate advertising budget).
- Regular posting in relevant groups.
- Creating creatives (static, video) for advertising.
