Технічне завдання прописано досить добре, що є плюсом.

Але з бюджетом на проектування щось не те. Надіюсь, це умовна сума. Тому що згідно ТЗ тут потрібно залучити не лише архітектора, а й конструктора та інших інженерів, та провести ґрунтовну роботу.

Також потрібно побачити більше вихідних даних — фото, топозйомку місця.
