Project Goal:
Creation of a website for online sales of ready-made documents (design is ready) with the ability
to administer content, manage sales, support various languages, payment methods
and sales analytics.
Main Requirements:
1. Support for multilingualism and others:
- Support for languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English). Main is Ukrainian, Russian
and English with auto-translation.
- Ability to automatically switch languages based on the request language and/or
user selection.
- The site must display correctly on devices with different screen sizes
(mobile phones, tablets, desktops).
- Support for major browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
- Validator.w3.org without errors.
2. Admin Panel:
- Adding and editing content (documents) with tags, descriptions,
categories, related documents.
- File management: uploading, updating, pausing (visible/invisible), deleting documents, scheduled publication.
- Changing prices for documents and the ability to set promotional offers.
- Ability to manage the interface and texts for different languages.
- Order control and user management.
- Tracking user behavior (repeat visits, depth of view,
user activity, query statistics (transitions) with key phrases displayed).
3. Sales Analytics (must be under an additional password):
- Integration of the reporting system in the administrator's cabinet.
- Sales statistics, number of uploaded files, exporting sales reports
and queries in various formats.
- Filter by dates, number of sales, amounts, etc.
4. User Roles:
- Administrator: full access to all functions.
- SEO Specialist: access to SEO settings and content.
5. Payment Methods:
- Integration of one of the payment systems: (LiqPay, Wayforpay Fondy). Ability
to enable/disable certain payment methods through the admin panel.
- Integration of automatic receipt generation and electronic invoices with
subsequent automatic sending to the buyer's email.
Additional Requirements:
1. SEO and Microdata:
- Use of correct semantics for all pages of the site (title, description,
h1, h2, alt).
- Integration of microdata to improve search engine optimization
(schema.org).
- Support for metadata settings through the admin panel.
- SEO settings for each page.
- Sitemap and Robots.txt:
1. Automatic generation of the site map.
2. Configuration of the Robots.txt file for search engines.
- Fast loading:
1. Use of CDN for media content.
2. Optimization of JS and CSS performance (minify).
- Lazy loading of images.
- Optimization of media file sizes (images, icons) to speed up
page loading (webp format).
- Integration of caching to improve performance.
2. Blog Integration:
- Publication of news, articles, and recommendations for using documents.
- SEO settings for each article.
3. Purchase of Document Templates:
- Ability to purchase templates without registration and user automation
(automatic sending of the template to the user’s email after payment).
Email must be provided along with a contact phone number before payment.
An example of a similar mechanism can be provided.
4. Communication on the Site:
- There should be an option to order a call, dialogue via Telegram, and chat
support. The chat should have the ability to set up automatic messages.
5. Information Protection:
- The site must have protection against unauthorized access to documents with
the ability to directly download them, copying information from the site.
- All pages of the site must be protected using SSL.
- Integration of Google reCAPTCHA on pages for making payments,
submitting applications.
- Automatic sending of the paid document template must be done
only after the user has made the payment.
6. Google PageSpeed green zone.
7. Backup:
- Automatic (manual) backup of the database and files with the ability
to restore through the admin panel.
