From what you listed, it can: add background tracks from a folder, overlay PNG images, add voiceovers, generate subtitles (it doesn't work perfectly, but we can improve it), move images (initially it moved randomly across the screen, later I made it just move left-right), download videos from YouTube (it takes a YouTube account as input, retrieves all videos with >500k views through the YouTube API, and downloads them, after which they are processed).

I am interested in the fonts for the subtitles and their animation. Will there be a single font or should there be an option to change it?
For example, the subtitles animate during the narration. Is the voiceover provided along with the text? Is there a time markup in the text?
Animation of the image. As in the example - random movements, or something more complex?
Are there any planned filters/effects over the image?
Composition of elements - is it a strict scheme, or is there a plan to change the placement?

I am preliminarily planning a C#+ffmpeg application. Roughly speaking, I will generate a separate video with subtitles + image, and then I will glue both clips together.
