It is necessary to create a Telegram bot that checks an Excel file daily and sends reminders in Telegram if the insurance expiration date or technical inspection date is approaching.

Main Functions of the Bot (Stage 1):
📅 Daily data check in Excel / Google Sheets
Sending notifications if 30, 15, 7, or 1 day remains before the maintenance or insurance date.
Notification format: car model, number, reminder type, date, owner.
🔔 Automatic monthly messages
Every month, the bot sends each user a request:
“What is your current mileage?” or
“Have the insurance or maintenance dates been updated?”
🖊️ User data update via bot
The user enters new mileage, insurance date, or maintenance date.
Data is automatically updated in the table or database.
📂 Individual records
The bot stores data separately for each user (Telegram ID).
Each user can see and modify only their own data.

Бот зберігає дані окремо для кожного користувача (ID Telegram).
Кожен користувач може бачити та змінювати лише свої дані.
