I am ready to create a block for the Weblium site through code for **500 UAH**.
As an example – the first block on the site [dzwinner.com](https://dzwinner.com/), where the video is accompanied by an overlay of a white background with transparent text.
To implement this block, two main tasks will need to be completed:
1. **Writing custom code** – integrating the block into the site using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. **Creating an image** – developing a static image with text using Photoshop that simulates the overlay of a white background with transparent text. (We can do this through code)
