The direction is media, politics, reporters, journalism, interviews.The task is to create a brandbook so that then it was scratched by a mouse designer and we used it in the video.The reference is a swing (the most close to the desired stylist), a dude (sory for Russian), Iceland.Stylism - we have a logo and a few elements.We want something closer to the crowd.Possible supplements of collages.Symbol - Ukraine of the 90s, 00s, classics.Maybe even the soundtrack will be distorted in the style of "Ukrainian Radio".First, we need a strong concept.The colors of the logo itself (thus, and the foundations of identics) do not change.You can offer options, but we will hardly like the alternative because the logo has been long and carefully processed.It is also not worth choosing one character or symbol (attribut, etc.), it must be a set that will be concluded into a single concept and used in different cases (such as example, bull, calina, franco, stus, cowboy, black, sunshine, bandura, etc.)There is also an idea for the animation-stage to take the logo and make the intro-outro with the triangle, then the contours of the Cobzar's face, then the logo itself.Or make some scene (mini-switch) at the end of which the focus is shifted to the face of a cosac, in which the nose and mouth of the logo, and then everything except the logo disappears.I understand that it’s a bit calamburely written, but I want to find a person who will catch our idea, style and raise a concept.First of all, a graphic designer is interested, who will be able to paint the characters from the hand and then technically form the elements in tz to keep it animated by another designer, but if you can immediately animate and pack in the project, it will also be good.As a result, we need to obtain either a file list for further animation, or a ready project in the final cut +/ adobe, where everything will already be set to enter the video and install the videos.In terms of value and time I am ready to negotiate, I understand that the task has a low unknown.I look forward to you with a proposal on a concept with minimal references or at least the presence of a similar level and style of the project in the portfolio.Thank you for attention.Here is a list of elements (fat - priority; it can be added)

Напрямок – ЗМІ, політика, репортажі, журналістика, інтервʼю.
Завдання — створити брендбук, щоб потім це скліпав моушен дизайнер і ми використовували в відео. Референс — собчак (найбільш близький за бажаною стилістикою), дудь (сорі за русню), ісландія.
Стилістика — у нас є лого та кілька елементів. Хочемо щось блище до мультяшного. Можливі додатки колажів. Символіка — україна 90-х, 00-х, класика. Може навіть саундтрек замутимо в стилі «українське радіо». Насамперед потрібна сильна концепція.
Кольори самого логотипу (отже, й основи айдентики) не змінюємо. Можете запропонувати варіанти, але навряд чи нам сподобається альтернатива, тому що логотип довго та ретельно пророблявся.
Також не варто обирати одного персонажа чи символ (атрибут, тощо), це повинний бути набір, який буде заключений у єдину концепцію та використовуватися в різних випадках (як приклад, булава, калина, франко, стус, кравчук, чорновіл, соняшник, бандура і т.п.)
Також є ідея на анімацію-заставку взяти лого та зробити почергові intro-outro з тризубом, потім контури обличчя Кобзаря, потім сам лого. Або зробити якусь сцену (міні-сюжет) вкінці якого фокус зміщується на обличчя козака, у якого ніс і вуса з логотипу, а потім все, крім лого пропадає.
Розумію, що трохи каламбурно написано, але я хочу знайти людину, яка зловить нашу ідею, стиль і породить концепцію.
Насамперед цікавить графічний дизайнер, який зможе від руки відмалювати персонажів і потім технічно оформити елементи в тз, щоб далі це анімував інший дизайнер, але якщо ви можете одразу анімувати та запакувати в проєкт, буде також добре.
В результаті ми повинні отримати або список файлів для подальшої анімації, або готовий проєкт у final cut +/ adobe, де все вже буде налаштовано для того, щоб вставляти відео та монтувати ролики.
По вартості та сроках я готовий домовлятися, розумію, що задача має ниску невідомих. Від вас чекаю пропозицію щодо концепту з мінімальними референсами або хоча б наявність схожого рівня та стилю проєкту в портфоліо.
