I do not understand what exactly you mean by "so that later I can give it for sewing"?
I incorporate the pattern, including creating from scratch, in the size you provide (or part of the template) that you specify. If there are verbal wishes regarding the pattern, I take all of them into account. The final cost will be discussed after going over all the project details.
