Support manager
We are an outsourcing company specializing in supporting online platforms and providing high-quality service for users. And now we need to find a support service manager to join our team. We focus on ensuring impeccable customer support, working with VIP clients, optimizing user interaction, and developing partnership programs.
Remote work
Experience: At least 6 months in customer support (preferably in the fintech industry). Schedule: 3/2 00:00 - 08:00 08:00 - 16:00 16:00 - 00:00
Rate: 2.5$ daytime, 3.5$ nighttime. Average salary – 500$ with the possibility of rate increase. A higher starting rate is also possible for candidates with support experience.
Hard Skills:
English (B1+); knowledge of German, Spanish, or French will be an advantage.
Experience working with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
Previous experience in customer service will be a plus
Main responsibilities:
Communicating with clients via chat, email, and other support channels.
Providing information about services and bonuses
Assisting in resolving customer issues (technical difficulties, payments, account blocking, etc.).
Polite and professional communication, focusing on quality service.
Following internal standards and communication scripts.
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
Ability to quickly find solutions and assist clients.
Attention to detail, stress resistance, and responsibility.
