Нужно заново сверстать на простом html/css/js, без плагинов.
Наполнение сайта делать НЕ нужно (текст + картинки), достаточно сделать скелет.
Верстка должна быть адаптивной крос браузер/платформ. То как реализована адаптация сейчас - меня устраивает. Достаточно сделать так же.
Так же нужна грамотная СЕО оптимизация.
