Нужно реализовать анимацию на svg или предложить альтернативный вариант.
Анимациия должна нарисовать график, схематически отображенный на рисунке в приложении.
Нужно рисовать последовательно линию снизу вверх, слева направо. Потом возникает или вырастает жирная точка, и дальше повторяется для каждой линии и следующей точки.
По дизайну график выполнен в плавном градиенте, не знаю, можно ли такое реализовать.
Количество точек может отличаться от того, что на приложенной схемке.

Можно сделать в форматах: флеш, гиф, html5 и видео, avi, mov.. , если нужно масштабирование без потри качество, это только флеш и html5 которые умеют работать с векторами.
