Ничего переименовывать не нужно. Нужно только по какому-то идентификатору различить все товары в 1С и на сайте и связать.

Артикул совпадает в основном, но кое-где на сайте есть приписки (разбивка по цветам). То есть в 1С забито 1234554АААА, а на сайте 1234554АААА - черный. В 1С можем не делить на цвета, а все в одном артикуле, а на сайте разбиваем новые цвета на новые товары.
