Есть контактная форма, нужно:
- добавить чекбок;
- если чекбокс отмечен показать три дополнительних поля(пароль, подтверждение пароля и дропдаун(subject))
- значение для дропдауна нужно взять с другого сайта, GET запрос вернет JSON
- Поместить значение поля дропдауна и чекбокса в емей
Закончить нужно на понедельник максимум. Из доступов есть только FTP. SSH, SFPTнету.
