Budget table

Task: It is necessary to develop a calculation table in Excel with all the values we provided for materials, labor, and administrative expenses.

Requirement: You are a construction engineer or have a good understanding of the subject and are proficient in Excel.

Purpose:

To create a proposal so that the document can be generated in a typical PDF format, a sample is attached.

The generated document must contain an image of the project that needs to be inserted into the table for each house every time.

Types of structures and elements, each of which needs to be formed into a consolidated final value per square meter of wall or ceiling, which will include materials and labor, and everything else should be calculated according to the rules on the "summary" sheet.

The table should contain the following sheets:

1 calculations for each type of structure

2 house calculation where we enter m2 of each consolidated value

3 calculation of general production, administrative, and other expenses

4 tab where the proposal is generated.

5 installation work regarding the number of crane hours, the number of man-hours required for the installation of the house,

6 transportation

The proposal must include:

logo, webpage, will be provided on the company letterhead

TEO total area, size, height of rooms, building area, number of kilometers to the site,

image of the object facade, plan or sketch from the client

name and phone number of the client

all types of structures with images, description as in the attached appendix, total area and cost of each item

The attached document is solely for better understanding, but the sample we need must be executed much more professionally. It should be well thought out, structured, and consistent. If designing and formatting is not your strength, we will handle that ourselves. The main requirements are background, conciseness, readability, organized document structure, fonts and font sizes, auxiliary images, the appearance of a solid branded document, then the design is complete.
