1 Large tasks
2 Small tasks
All large tasks have the following format: task, responsible person, deadline, comment, date when the task was added (to be set manually when adding the task). When marking a task as completed, the task does not move down. Between tasks, I can write regular text

1 Dashboard for large tasks

In the dashboard for large tasks, we have all tasks sorted by each project and a list of all tasks with the nearest deadline. When marking a task as completed, the task moves down the list
In the dashboard for small tasks, we have all tasks divided into the Eisenhower matrix (urgent/important, etc.) When marking a task as completed, the task moves down the list
When marking any task as completed anywhere, it is marked everywhere
