Looking for a targeting specialist / traffic expert (Product, complex niche, results-oriented work). An experienced Facebook/Instagram targeting specialist is needed for a "turnkey" advertising launch. The main goal is a stable flow of targeted subscribers and leads (applications from potential clients) who make purchases. About the project: Retail sale of trendy premium-quality products and accessories (Lux category). Sales and processing of applications occur through Instagram Direct and Telegram. Working with a complex (gray) niche that requires a careful approach to moderation and creatives (without aggressive use of logos to avoid bans). What is included in the responsibilities (Your tasks): Propose and implement at least 2-3 working sales funnels for our niche (for example: Traffic to profile -> Warming up -> Direct, or Ads for messages -> Closing in script, or Quiz marketing). Also, develop a technical task for the designer to create safe photo/video layouts that easily pass Facebook moderation. Technical setup: Working with Business Manager, setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns for the goals of "Messages" (leads) and "Traffic" (subscribers). Management and optimization: Regular testing of new hypotheses, audiences, creatives. Reducing the cost of lead acquisition (CPL) and subscriber. Reporting: Providing clear weekly reports with key metrics (expenses, clicks, CTR, number of subscribers, number of leads, cost per lead). Requirements for the specialist: Experience in the product business (e-commerce) of at least 1 year. Mandatory: Real experience working with complex/gray niches. You must understand how to bypass blocks and submit content safely for Facebook algorithms. Availability of successful cases in the product sector (preferably: clothing, shoes, bags, or accessories). Understanding of marketing metrics and focus on return on advertising investment (ROMI), not just on "empty" clicks or likes.

There is a table with a database (company name, full name of the manager, mobile phone). A total of 750 entries. You need to conduct phone calls with a brief proposal for recruitment services for the specialists they need. A script (or even 2) will be provided to the selected person. Next, update the statuses in the table for each call, and in case of any positive responses, simply inform them that our manager will contact them and explain everything in detail.
