Looking for an experienced targeting specialist (Meta Ads) for a recruiting project I am looking for a specialist with real experience in the recruiting niche, preferably with promotion of office vacancies, including gray areas.

Good day everyone, I have a Shopify store in the niche of Wireless Home Lighting Geo: USA Situation: When I started running my first ads on Google Ads, I found a winning product, with a $20 spend I was getting 5-9 orders. I gradually increased it to $40-50 a day, but then the off-season for this product came, so the spend was lowered back to $20 a day to avoid losses. Currently, it is the low season and I have about 1-3 orders each day. As of today, I have a good website, set up email marketing, and one traffic channel which is Google Ads.
